What services does TravelGalz provide?

What we take care of: ​

The following exclusions apply: 

  • Flight bookings

  • Incidentals (transportation (excluding to & from airport), unplanned meals, gratuities, and any other unexpected minor fees or costs incurred in addition to the main service)

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase suitable travel insurance to cover the cost of their trip. We will provide an introduction and contact information for our recommended insurance brokers. TravelGalz and our affiliated parent agency, Inteletravel International, cannot be held liable or responsible for cancellation, emergency evacuation, accidents abroad, illness, lost baggage, flight mishaps, trip interruptions, and/or travel supplier default, and thus strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance.

Why the Service Fee?

Like many professionals in various industries, we have a fee structure to cover time spent on the initial consultation, research, and proposal. This will be charged up front and prior to the delivery of the Initial Itinerary, regardless of whether the client proceeds with booking. 

*Our Service Fee is non-refundable.

What's included in the Initial Itinerary?

Your Trip Designer will begin to design your custom Itinerary by performing extensive research to find you the best options. The Itinerary may include information about the accommodations, any exclusive amenities we offer, recommended tours and activities (if applicable), and any associated costs. Please note, that complex trips may take between to 7-10 business days to complete.

How do Initial Itinerary revisions work?

You and your Trip Designer will have a 30-minute virtual meeting to review the Initial Itinerary and make any necessary changes. Please note that minor revisions can take up to 2 business days ,however, major revisions may take up to 5-6 business days.

How does payment work?

After your Finalized Itinerary is complete and you would like to proceed with booking your trip, your Trip Designer will send you an email containing the following fillable PDFs:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Travel Insurance Waiver

  • Credit Card Form

You will be required to fill out and sign each of the fillable PDFs prior to your Trip Designer booking your trip's accommodations.

Is TravelGalz a certified and licensed company?

TravelGalz is a full service online travel company working under parent company Inteletravel International, who is celebrating 30 years of travel. TravelGalz is certified with IATA and CLIA.
